He was associated with real-estate industry for about 10 years and eventually started his own practice as an Advisor/ Consultant. His areas of expertise include GST, secretarial matters, taxation, financial and investment management. Being a Designated Partner of APAC & Associates LLP, Company Secretaries Firm, he has handled and offered an extensive range of services, including the formation, running and closure of an entity, compliance under the Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, SEBI, and IBC. He has gathered hands-on experience in the implementation and compliance of GST, Income Tax, establishing corporate governance practices within an organization, Compliance Management System etc. He has been instrumental in the preparation of financial statements and audit-related matters in various industries like real estate, manufacturing and investment companies.
